When you correct a dictated term by hand, VoxHere adds it to your local dictionary and also records the mis-hearing that produced it, so the same mistake is fixed automatically next time. This works for English technical terms and for Chinese homophones. It does not interrupt to ask: it learns, then shows a small card naming what it learned, with an undo for that batch. Everything stays listed and removable in Settings, and conflicting spellings are held for your decision instead of being applied silently. Learning data stays on your Mac.
