Support and release status

VoxHere is completing its production release. This page publishes compatibility, support, and the remaining launch work; the homepage does not present Paddle Sandbox checkout as a real purchase.

Preparing for production

Signing, notarization, dual-architecture candidates, and the Sandbox commercial path are complete. Paddle production onboarding, the live product, public updates, and final release acceptance remain.

Compatibility

Apple Silicon: the primary launch platform.
Intel Mac: one physical Intel Mac acceptance check has passed; architecture-specific regression will still remain part of the public RC gate.
Network: core speech processing is local; licensing, updates, checkout, security email, and model downloads require connectivity.

Feedback and crash reports

In-app feedback is sent only after you preview and confirm it, then it is handled in a protected dashboard. The current version does not automatically upload crash reports; if that changes, the privacy policy and release status will be updated first.

When reporting an issue

Prepare the app version, macOS version, chip type, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, and logs you are comfortable sharing. Do not include a full license, card information, private recordings, or sensitive transcripts in email, screenshots, or feedback text.

Purchase email

Use a real, durable email address when purchasing. It is the primary channel for order proof and device replacement verification. Self-service purchase-email changes are not planned; exceptional cases require strict manual review.
